SDS Sodium Bicarbonate Dry Desulfurization Grinding Mill

The SDS sodium bicarbonate grinding mill delivers efficient dry-process flue gas desulfurization (FGD) using sodium bicarbonate. Ultrafine Grinding System

Utilizes multi-stage dynamic grinding to reduce sodium bicarbonate to D97≤20μm ultrafine particles, significantly increasing specific surface area and desulfurization reactivity. High-precision classifier ensures uniform particle size distribution, preventing over-grinding or insufficient fineness to optimize desulfurizer utilization.

High-Efficiency Desulfurization

Dry process requires no water injection for cooling, suitable for medium-low temperature flue gas (140-250°C). Achieves over 95% desulfurization efficiency, particularly ideal for retrofitting old equipment. Sodium bicarbonate reacts with SO₂ to form solid byproducts (e.g., Na₂SO₄), eliminating wastewater discharge and secondary pollution.

Energy-Saving Design

Employs low-consumption motors and variable frequency control, reducing integrated energy consumption by over 30% versus traditional equipment. Modular design supports on-demand start/stop operation, flexibly adapting to varying conditions to further reduce operating costs.

Intelligent Control System
