Ceramic Fiber High-Temperature Dust Collection Tube (White)

Manufactured from specialized aluminosilicate fibers via precision molding, these cylindrical filters operate similarly to baghouses but with ≥85% porosity and 99% filtration efficiency. Designed for extreme conditions (200–800°C), they deliver 5+ years of service life in high-temperature dust removal applications.

Ceramic Fiber Catalytic Filter Tube (Yellow)

Built on the white tube substrate, this variant integrates nano-scale SCR catalysts to enable simultaneous removal of particulates, NOx, dioxins, SOx (auxiliary), and VOCs. The unique structure allows dust capture on the outer surface and denitrification within the tube wall. Widely deployed in glass kilns, waste incineration, biomass, and cement flue gas treatment.
